When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1st Game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 1st Game may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. This may include submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address or documentation related to your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
1st Game currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. The platform does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though 1st Game reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for compliance or risk management purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed after account verification is complete. Standard withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 24–72 hours of the request being confirmed. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your financial institution. 1st Game does not guarantee specific processing times but will make reasonable efforts to process requests promptly. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 1st Game account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. If a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds while active wagering requirements remain outstanding will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account balance.
All account balances, bets, winnings and transactions are denominated in PKR throughout the 1st Game platform. There are no currency conversions at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. What you deposit is what appears in your account, and what your balance shows is what you withdraw.
If you believe a transaction has not been processed correctly, contact our support team with your account reference and the transaction details. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
All bets placed on 1st Game are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for checking the details of every bet – including the event, market, selection and stake – before confirming. 1st Game does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases where the platform has made a demonstrable error.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and event. The applicable limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 1st Game reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected advantage play or where unusually high volumes of winning bets have been identified.
For cricket markets – including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series – the following rules apply: markets will be settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC). Rain-affected matches will be settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Abandoned matches with no official result will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
Live in-play betting is available on selected events. Odds during in-play markets fluctuate in real time. 1st Game cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment you click to place a bet will be the odds at which your bet is confirmed – a slight delay between click and confirmation is normal in live markets. If the odds change materially between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a clear pricing error is identified; the result cannot be officially confirmed within a reasonable timeframe; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to the player's account balance.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 1st Game – including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and PSL odds boosts – are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page as well as the general bonus terms outlined in this section. By opting in to any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the Promotions page. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in eligible markets before a withdrawal request can be processed. Not all game types or markets contribute equally to wagering requirements – please check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
Each bonus is available once per player unless otherwise stated. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. 1st Game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, to amend the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, and to determine whether a player's activity qualifies for a particular promotion.
Attempts to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or any other method designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds will be considered bonus abuse. 1st Game reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void associated winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.
